48 former players attended our
annual lunch yesterday. People came from far and wide - some of them
for the first time. Food was excellently presented by our resident
caterer Max and ably served by members of the Mermaids, our girls'
team. An excellent day was completed by a very deserving win,
28-0, by the first team over Denbigh.
Just over £300 was raised, by way of a raffle, by the former players
for the club's nominated charity Air Ambulance Wales.
