CBRFC Senior Squads will commence pre-season
training on Monday 02 August @ 7pm and then every Monday and Wednesday

are the results of the Circuit training tests the test was as follows:
1. 500m row on
concept2 rowing machine
2. 30 Jumps
onto gym box (3 grades high)
3. 50 Press
ups
4. 50 Plate
Squats Holding 20kg
5. 30 Medicine
ball smashes
6. 30 Step-ups
onto bench with 20kg in either hand
7. 30 Box
burpees
8. Arm circuit
with 20kg Olympic bar (8 curls, 8 raises, 8 shoulder press, 8 bent over row)
9. 50 tricep
Dips
10. 30 Box
vaults- Full size gym box.
