2006 Mini's Tour - Camelot

We are organising a trip to Camelot Theme Park for the Mini’s (Under 8-10’s) on Sunday 14^th May. All registered players of the Mini’s teams will be paid for by the Club, with the money raised through the year, with sponsored walks, Quiz Nights and sponsorship / donations. The price for non registered players, brothers, sisters and parents will be £10 inclusive of the coach and entrance fee to the theme park. We would like to invite all parents and members of the family to come and make it a fun day out for all the family.

We obviously need to know how many people are interested, so we can organise the coach and tickets. ALL children MUST have a nominated chaperone for the day, it doesn’t have to be one adult per child, it could be one adult to five children, as long as there is a named person, and that person will accept all responsibility for the children or child, as the club will not take responsibility. The chaperone will be responsible for that child from leaving Colwyn Bay to returning to the Bay.

Each child must bring packed lunches, drinks (no glass bottles) and a little pocket money. Preferably in a carrier bag, so they can throw it away after.

The coach will leave Colwyn Bay Rugby Club at 9.00am sharp!! and we will return at the Club house around 6pm.
