Under 11's Notice Board

The awards night on Tuesday 6th May was an outstanding success for all age groups. All children received a medal for their great commitment throughout the year and for the Under 11s age group the following additional awards were made:

Man of the Tour Republic of Ireland 18th to 21st April

This was awarded to Remi Sheil  for outstanding play over three games at Flanker and Scrum half against Black Rock College, Wicklow RFC and Old Wesley RFC.

Best Newcomer of the Year

Rory Russell playing at Fly Half and Wing who only started playing rugby in September 2007 and is a regular player for club and school.

Most Improved player of the year

Nicholas Ingham second row who has developed into an all round forward with great line out play. Played with great commitment up front with the rest of the Under 11s pack where the game is often won or lost.

Player of the Year 2007/2008

Jordan Edwards Prop Forward who on the CBRFC junior section club training and playing points award system narrowly beat Connah Harding Fly Half by two points. Jordan attained 5 man of the match awards throughout the season as awarded by the opposition coaches or referee and was awarded the role of Lyndon School Rugby Captain for 2007/2008.

Welly Tournament Saturday 10th May 2008 Llandudno

All players to be at Llandudno Rugby Club for 08.45am ready to play no collar and tie required for this Saturday. Bring a light snack and drinks as the competition will go on to at least 14.00
