U12's Notice Board

Would all Under 12s be at the club on Sunday for 10.45am in your tour jacket, collar and tie for the presentation at 11.00am.If staying on after presentation for some fun please bring a change of clothes. All adults please note there will be a surprise fund raising article for next year tour please bring £5.00 with you please as the fund raising for next year starts on Sunday.

All adults attending the Under 12s end of season parent dinner on the Friday 12^th June 2009 please bring your £10.00 per head deposit and your culinary preference and give to the team manager on the presentation day.

On Friday 12^th June 2009 the Under 12s team parents end of season dinner will be held (no children) More information to follow shortly however outline details are

· Location Castle Hotel, The High Street, Conwy

· Pre dinner wine reception at 19.00 hours dinner for 19.30

· Three course pre selected dinner and coffee

· Cost about £25.00 per person

· Deposit of £10.00 per head cash deposit and meal selection to be made and paid by 30^th April 2009 balance to be paid on evening.

· Limited to 36 spaces and as always first come first served.
