Playing History
Commenced playing at Bangor in season 1964/65 before moving to Rhuthun in 1974.  I stayed at Rhuthun until 1990 when I moved to my current club, Colwyn Bay

I was a committee member at Bangor at the early age of 19 and have been involved ever since with committees in the three clubs . Whilst playing at Bangor and subsequently Rhuthun I was the only player to play in the five North Wales Championship playoffs, three with Bangor and two with Rhuthun.  I was 2^nd XV Captain in my later years at Rhuthun I also assisted with coaching.

Played 1^st XV rugby in the 60’s, 70’s 80’s 90’s with one lasting memory playing for Colwyn Bay 1^st XV vs. Dolgellau in 1998 at the tender age of 51 whilst my playing partner at lock was Dave Jones a mere 56.  I wonder if any other club pairing can beat that record of 107 years of age, at Welsh Rugby Division 6 or lower!!!

Rugby Committees
I moved to Colwyn Bay 1990 and after a quiet six months I became more involved with club.  I have been a committee member for 15 years

Chairman for three years.
Hon Treasurer since 1998 also dealing with all club sponsorship & now Chairman again.
